Tiger Island Sportsman’s Club Owners Association originated in 1990. It’s purpose is to manage and maintain the private road system in the community. The Board of Directors is a group of elected volunteers who devote their time to the maintenance and improvement of the road system within Tiger Island.

Tiger Island is located in Levy County approximately 12 miles northeast of Cedar Key, Florida. It is approximately 7000 acres divided into parcels ranging from 30 to over 100 acres, all of which are privately owned.

Tiger Island has gated entries and each owner is issued a key that works on both the Buck Trail (north) and Clayton Road (south) gates. Key will only be issued to registered owners and mailed to their home address. Please lock the gates when you enter or leave. Report any problems with the gates to Mr. Jose Rubio, Association President at (813) 494-3723 or by email.

Currently road maintenance dues are $250 per parcel (beginning January 2025 $300 per parcel); adjoining parcels owned by the same person/group are $100 for each additional parcel. Maintenance fees are due in January of each year and are considered late in March. Payment should be submitted by check or money order. Please include owner’s name and parcel number(s). Liens will be placed on parcels with outstanding dues. Clayton Road Gate
