It's your land, your roads, your Owner's Association! Road dues will be delinquent after the meeting. LIENS WILL BE FILED on any property not current in their dues on.

LOCKS: We have had several locks stolen. The thieves had to use a key to get the lock off the gate, so it is owners stealing from the entire organization. Please report missing locks immediately to any board member.

The gate locks have a very small tolerance and should not be greased or oiled. This causes the locks to jam, requiring repair and/or replacement. While the board appreciates well meaning members trying to oil the locks to make them work better, please report problems with the locks to a board member.

Mail keys to TISCOA, P.O. Box 546, Cedar Key, FL 32625. Please do not leave the gates unlocked, this encourages unwanted visitors as well as allowing sand to get inside the locks, ruining them.

INFORMATION: If you know of any owner who has not been receiving correspondence from Tiger Island, please tell them to get in touch with a board member to add their name to our mailing list. If you have recently purchased property in Tiger Island, make sure to send your name and address to Jose Rubio, President, so your name can be added to the mailing list.

DECALS: Tiger Island Sportsman's Club Owners Association decals and guest passes are available at no charge to owners. Decals should be posted on the driver side window of owner vehicles. This helps identify owners quickly inside Tiger Island. Contact Jose Rubio @ 352 588-0490 to obtain stickers and passes.

OVERDUE ACCOUNTS: The Board of Directors has approved the hiring of an attorney to assist in the collection of past dues.  The board of directors appreciates those members who submit their dues on time. 

ROAD MAINTENANCE: Please report any road problems to a board member. They may not be aware of a situation in your particular area; roads that have been gated off by the owners are the owners responsibility. Please do not expect the association to maintain your road if all members do not have complete access at all times. Some members have removed their gates, requested and received road improvements, then put the gates back up. This is not an appropriate use of association funds!

TRESPASSERS: All property within Tiger Island is privately owned. If you see trespassers, report them directly to the Levy County Sheriff's Office and/or the Game Warden.

Board members are volunteers and give up their free time to make the community better.  If you have a question or issue that needs attention, please contact one of the board members.  If they don’t know there is a problem, they can’t find a solution.
